This textbook contains material on evolution. Evolution is a theory, not a fact, regarding the origin of living things. This material should be approached with an open mind, studied carefully, and critically considered.

Not really, since instead of focusing on the decision rendered in the court case, you're spinning off on an anti-"Intelligent Design" rant (whereever you got that horiffic P.C. term from. Creationism has a lot fewer syllables. Don't be afraid.)
Look at the actual text of the sticker, then the court's decision. How do those come together?
